Success stories: a company that needed solid, profitable growth
R and S are co-owners of a company that is focused on developing profitability and finding an investor. Their goals for coaching were:
- To develop their company, in terms of business figures and client portfolio;
- To build a solid, profitable business, in order to attract an investor;
- To minimize their input as managers in terms of operational activity and to maximize their input in terms of strategy and management.
The project unfolded over a period of 9 months, and it included individual coaching sessions with the two managers, team sessions with them and the other teams they managed.
Individual sessions were focused on setting individual goals, becoming aware of inefficient behavioural patterns and transforming them, finding a balance between the personal and professional life.
As a team, the two managers realized that they were carrying the weight of the whole system of the company; that they had taken on themselves the responsibility of their employees. This is where they started to change: they began to delegate responsibilities towards their employees, they delegated some of the goal- achievement strategies, they implemented and explained the changes, and they trained their employees in order to support the goals.
In given the 9 months the company achieved the goals, so that we continued to meet a few times each year for follow-up sessions and to focus on the development of the company.
